Payments​

No we do not accept cash on delivery, all orders must be paid online before proceeding.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

No we do not accept payment via paypal.

Payment information is processed securely by the accredited third party Saferpay. No payment information is transferred to or held by Crocodile. All transactions take place via a secure connection with the latest industry standard security protocols.


Orders

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been completed, you will receive a follow up e-mail after your order has been shipped from the main warehouse.

You may contact us through social media or through e-mail at eshop@crocodileshoes.eu within a day since you made the order and inform us that you’d like to change/cancel it.


Delivery

International delivery costs a flat fee of €15.

Online orders are being shipped within 2-3 working days(Monday – Friday), if you have not received an update regarding your order after 3 days please contact us through social media or e-mail at eshop@crocodileshoes.eu with your name and order number,, we will investigate as soon as possible and get back to you.

We deliver worldwide, if for some reason we are unable to ship to your selected country you will be informed through e-mail and your order will be refunded.


Returns

You may return your item within 14 days provided that the product/s is in its original, unused condition and packaging.

Please consult our return policy for more information.


Returns take about 4-5 working days to be processed.


If you receive a faulty item we apologize in advance, please visit your closest Crocodile store with the faulty item and let one of our helpful cashiers inspect the item and assist you accordingly. If you are unable to visit one of our stores, please let us know through social media or e-mail at eshop@crocodileshoes.eu about the condition of the item and we will assist you as fast as possible.

Technical / Account

If you have not received a confirmation e-mail please check your spam folder and add us to your safe senders list, if you still cannot find a confirmation e-mail please e-mail us at eshop@crocodileshoes.eu so that we can inform you about your order and investigate the issue.


When entering your card details please ensure that you enter the correct information, including the billing address. If your card is still being declined we advise contacting the bank as they might be blocking the payment. If you require further assistance contact us through e-mail at eshop@crocodileshoes.eu
